The International Chess Holiday differs from other chess tournaments in some measure:
- We do not use Swiss system of playing. We form closed groups and each one consists of 10 players.
- We live and play chess in the same building, we organize chess
holiday under the same roof. (Hotel Iris**** www.hoteliris.cz.)
- We prepare special entertaining programmes for the participants of the tournaments as well as for all the other guests.
- We are eager to create good relations and friendly environment for our guests.

All main-tournaments -each player 2 hours for a game, altogether
4 hours for a game without adjourned games - 9 rounds. All the
tournaments will be divided according to the strength of the players. Master tournaments “M and K” are FIDE tournaments.
Prize fund: 4150 Euro / 100 000 Czk
Prize in Master tournament FIDE:
1. prize 200 Euro
2. prize 120 Euro
3. prize 40 Euro
Every chess-player gets a money prize or a souvenir prize.
Main tournaments and Secondary tournaments are national tournaments.
